Women can and should lift weights.  Real weights.  Dumbbells and kettlebells and barbells that weight as much or more than our children, our groceries, and anything else we regularly carry.  Lifting weights will make you stronger and healthier; you may lose body fat and develop bigger muscles, but you won't get too bulky or muscular unless you want to. We offer customized online training and nutrition coaching for individuals and groups, designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
